Renew Wellness MedSpa Terms of Use Agreement

IMPORTANT NOTICE: THIS TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT (“AGREEMENT”) CONTAINS A BINDING ARBITRATION PROVISION AND A CLASS ACTION WAIVER. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY BECAUSE IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AS DETAILED IN THE BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION SECTION BELOW.

This Agreement sets forth the standards of use for the www.renewwellnessmedspa.com website (the “Website”), the Renew Wellness MedSpa Mobile Application (the “Mobile Application”), and the Renew Wellness MedSpa In-Store Forms Application (the “In-Store Application”) (collectively, the “Applications”). It governs all access and use of the Website, Applications, their content, and all aspects of the Service (defined below).

By using the Website and/or Applications, you (“you” or “your”) agree to this Agreement. If you disagree, you may not use the Website or the Applications.

1. Acceptance of Terms

THIS AGREEMENT SETS FORTH LEGALLY BINDING TERMS AND GOVERNS YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE WEBSITE, APPLICATIONS, AND ANY RELATED SERVICES. BY ACCESSING OR USING ANY OF THESE, YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT:

  1. You are at least 18 years old.

  2. You have the right and authority to enter into this Agreement.

If you do not meet these requirements, you may not access or use the Website, Applications, or any Service (defined below).

2. Additional Terms & Conditions

Certain features of the Website or Applications may be subject to additional terms provided within them. These additional terms are incorporated into this Agreement. In case of any conflict between them, the additional terms will apply, but only to the relevant features.

Use of the Website and/or Applications is also subject to the Terms and Conditions of any Wellness Agreement you may have with an independently owned and operated Renew Wellness MedSpa location.

3. No Liability for Independent Locations

Neither Renew Wellness MedSpa Corporate nor its affiliates, officers, directors, or employees (“Renew Wellness MedSpa Entities”) are a party to any Wellness Agreement you may enter with an independently owned and operated Renew Wellness MedSpa location. Your continued use of the Website, Applications, and Services constitutes acknowledgment that the Renew Wellness MedSpa Entities are not responsible for any acts or omissions related to your use of these platforms.

4. Modification of Agreement

Renew Wellness MedSpa reserves the right to modify, alter, or update this Agreement at any time. Changes will become effective immediately upon posting on the Website and/or Applications. Your continued use of these platforms after amendments are posted constitutes acceptance of the modifications
