Through the Website and/or the Applications, Renew Wellness MedSpa provides information about products and services offered at independently owned and operated Renew Wellness MedSpa locations, including massage and facial sessions, along with the ability to:

(a) schedule, modify, and/or cancel appointments at any independently owned and operated Renew Wellness MedSpa location;
(b) Provide information and complete forms regarding massage and facial sessions;
(c) enter into and use benefits under any Wellness Agreement;
(d) purchase and/or redeem gift cards;
(e) purchase massage and facial sessions and products as a guest;
(f) View information about and locate the nearest Renew Wellness MedSpa location.
(g) Request franchise information.
(h) Complete customer satisfaction surveys;
(i) explore employment opportunities at independently owned and operated Renew Wellness MedSpa locations;
(j) apply for job openings at Renew Wellness MedSpa corporate, and
(k) provide information to enter sweepstakes (collectively, the “Service”).
